One, preparation before starting

 1. Check whether there is any abnormality in each part of the plate rolling machine and no loosening of the fastening screw (cap). Brake should be normal and reliable.

 2. Adjust the distance of the drum strictly according to the thickness of the plate, and do not overload the work. Do not roll the workpiece beyond the specified range of mechanical properties.

Ii. Matters needing attention during operation

 1. The operation can only be started after the workpiece is stabilized and aligned. A clear signal should be given and one person should be assigned to direct the operation.

 2. Hands shall not be placed on the rolled steel plate of the coiling machine, and samples shall not be used for inspection. Roundness shall be checked only after stopping the machine.

 3. When the workpiece is not fully rounded by the coiling machine, a certain margin should be reserved when it rolls to the end of the steel plate to prevent the workpiece from falling and injuring people.

 4, plate rolling machine operation, the workpiece is prohibited to stand on the cylinder has been rolled to find the right roundness.

 5. When the plate rolling machine rolls the thick and larger diameter barrel or the workpiece with larger material strength, it shall drop the moving roller a little and be rolled into shape for many times.

 6. When the plate rolling machine rolls the narrow barrel, it should be placed in the middle of the roll of the plate rolling machine.

 7. After the workpiece enters the roll, it shall prevent the hands and clothes from being sucked into the roll of the plate rolling machine.

Three, stop attention

 1. If there is abnormal sound during the rolling machine operation, it shall stop immediately to check, adjust and repair the rolling machine.

 2. Break the switch of uncoiling machine and cut off the power supply.

 3. Place the workpiece at the designated place after stopping the machine.
